1. Shop & Coffee Counter Manager
(Full-time)

We are looking for a hospitality, people & community focussed applicant, who can:

  • Manage the shop

  • Put their stamp on the coffee counter

  • Lead our village volunteers

  • Liaise with the committee

  • Flexible working hours (37.5 hours per week)

  • £24,000 per annum (+ Bonus of a percentage of trading profits. Subject to available cash reserves)

  • 25 days annual leave

  • Workplace pension scheme

2. Assistant Manager
(part-time)

We are looking for someone to support the manager and provide cover for days-off and holidays.

  • 1-2 days per week (Subject to the manager hire and availability with additional days for holiday cover)

  • £11+ per hour (To be discussed on application based on availability and experience)
